Before Lani Loo became the name of our company, Lani was my best friend. She was my faithful companion for 19 years and one of the greatest blessings God ever entrusted to me. Through every season of life, she taught me patience, loyalty, unconditional love, strength, and the importance of showing up every single day.

When Lani passed away in August 2025, I knew I never wanted the impact she had on my life to fade. Naming this company after her became a way to carry her legacy forward. Every time someone sees the name Lani Loo, I hope it represents the same qualities she embodied: faithfulness, kindness, consistency, and love.

Professionally, I have spent my career leading operations, finance, and sales within the healthcare industry. From serving as a hospital controller to directing multimillion-dollar healthcare operations, I learned that exceptional organizations are built on strong systems, meaningful relationships, and a commitment to serving others well.

While working in healthcare, I recognized an opportunity. Healthcare professionals dedicate their lives to caring for people, yet many facilities struggle to find partners who care for their buildings with that same level of commitment. I believed facilities deserved more than a cleaning company—they deserved a trusted partner.

That conviction led me to step out in faith and establish Lani Loo & Co. I believe God calls each of us to use the gifts He has given us to serve others. For me, that calling is creating clean, healthy, and well-maintained environments where businesses can thrive, patients can heal, employees can succeed, and visitors feel welcomed the moment they walk through the door.
